If you ordered one of the 2 designs that did not hit its funding goal, we will contact you by Nov. 5, to see if you would like to receive a refund or switch to another design.

When does this campaign end?
Monday, Nov. 2, 2020 at 11:59 PM PT. Only the designs that hit their funding goal by that time will move into production. 

Why can’t you just make all of them, without crowdfunding?
We wish we could! Our plan was to launch three new designs this fall, but we were so blown away by the survey responses that we ended up designing more. Unfortunately, we can only afford to make the hoodies that get at least 40 pre-orders to help fund the initial, upfront investment in inventory.

When will the new hoodies ship? 
Between Nov. 30 and Dec. 20, with all U.S. orders arriving by Dec. 25. We are confident in this timeline because we are working with our long-time production partners and already have plans in place. 

Can I order other clothes at the same time? When will they ship?
Yes! You can add anything from our website to your hoodie pre-order. 

If you live in the U.S., any other clothes will ship within 1-3 business days. If you live outside the U.S., your entire order (the new hoodies plus the other clothes) will ship together once the new hoodies arrive. 

When is my credit card charged for the hoodies? 
It is charged when you place your pre-order. If the hoodie you pre-order fails to hit its funding goal, we will refund the charges to your credit card by Nov. 5. 

Can I order these hoodies after the campaign ends? 
Only if the hoodie you want hits its funding goal. If you love a design, we recommend pre-ordering it by Nov. 2 to help make sure it even gets made. 

What are these training hoodies like? 
These lightweight hoodies are the perfect extra layer for active girls, and made from the softest fabric you can imagine. The fit is our signature “not-too-fitted but not-too-boxy” silhouette that gives girls plenty of room to move, without being bulky and boxy. 

What sizes are available? 
All designs are available in girls sizes 4|5 through 14, with select designs also available in adult sizes (with a modern unisex fit). Refer to our size chart for detailed garment measurements. 

Why are only some designs available in adult sizes? 
To start, we selected the designs we think will be the most popular in adult sizes. However, if the campaign gets off to a strong start, we might be able to afford more adult options. Email us at info@girlswillbeHQ.com to tell us what other design(s) you’d like to see in adult sizes. 

What if the size I want says it is sold out? 
That means we’ve hit the max number of pre-orders we can take for that size right now. Email us at info@girlswillbeHQ.com to be put on the waitlist, and we'll let you know if our production partners can increase the size of our order.
