We package and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. After leaving our offices, the estimated transit time (shown below in parentheses) depends on the shipping option you select and how far you are from Austin, TX.


USPS Ground (2 – 5 business days) – $4 for first item, $5.95 flat rate for two or more
USPS Priority Mail (1  3 business days) – $9.95 
USPS Priority Mail Express (next-day to 2 days*) – $29.95
All times are based on USPS service guidelines, to most U.S. locations. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

At this time, our website only accepts international orders shipping to Canada.


All international orders are sent via USPS First Class International Mail and the cost is based on the number of items ordered.
Free shipping offers do not apply to international shipping.

Unfortunately, due to new regulations in the UK and the EU, we are unable to ship packages to customers there at this time. For all other international destinations, please contact us at to place your order. We'd be happy to quote you a shipping fee and process your payment offline.

Delivery times will vary and we cannot be responsible for delays incurred by customs agencies. The customer is responsible for the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. We do not control these fees and they vary by country.

Please note: if your international order contains an item on pre-order, we will hold your entire order and ship all items together when the pre-ordered item arrives. 



We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return.

All returned items must be sent in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached) within 60 days of placing your order. Upon receipt, we will either refund the purchase price or, if preferred, we will exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice.

You are responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with sending the return or exchange back to us. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Girls Will Be is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We do not refund the original shipping charges, unless you received a defective product or we shipped you the wrong item. If that happened, we are very sorry.  Please contact us at so we can make everything right.

Provided there is available inventory, the new size and/or style will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of receipt of the original item. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional charge. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail.

We refund the cost of the returned items (less original shipping charges) within 3-5 business days of receipt of the original item. However, it may take your credit card company up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
