COVID-19 UPDATE: 
As long as the U.S. Postal Service continues to offer package pick-up service, one of our founders is still able to ship customer orders from her home office in Austin, TX.

During this time, we will only be shipping orders twice a week, so your order may take a few days longer than usual to arrive. We appreciate your patience while we follow Austin's shelter-in-place order and temporarily operate without the amazing young woman who normally handles our fulfillment.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone on the front lines of this epidemic. The rest of us need to do our part and STAY HOME! Stay safe everyone.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS – UNITED STATES
We offer three choices and the estimated transit times (after the order leaves our warehouse) are shown below. 

USPS First Class Mail (1 – 3 business days in transit*) – $4 for first item, $5.95 flat rate for two or more
USPS Priority Mail (1  3 business days in transit) – $8.95 
USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight**) – $29.95
All times are based on USPS service guidelines
* Alaska and Hawaii may take longer

** To most U.S. locations, no Saturday delivery

US orders over $85 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, our website is only able to accept orders within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at info@girlswillbeHQ.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to estimate the delivery charge and process your payment. Free shipping offers on our website do not apply to international shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return.

All returned items must be sent in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached) within 60 days of placing your order. Upon receipt, we will either refund the purchase price or, if preferred, we will exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice.

You are responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with sending the return or exchange back to us. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Girls Will Be is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We do not refund the original shipping charges, unless you received a defective product or we shipped you the wrong item. If that happened, we are very sorry.  Please contact us at info@girlswillbeHQ.com so we can make everything right.

OTHER NOTES ON EXCHANGES
Provided there is available inventory, the new size and/or style will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of receipt of the original item. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional charge. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail.

OTHER NOTES ON REFUNDS
We refund the cost of the returned items (less original shipping charges) within 3-5 business days of receipt of the original item. However, it may take your credit card company up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
