Lashdida, Inc (d/b/a Girls Will Be) owns and operates this Website (referred to as “Website” or “Site”) and is hereinafter referred to as “Lashdida” or “we” or “us”. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we may use and share that information, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. By using our website in any way, you agree to and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. Consumer Information

We collect information from you when you decide to make a purchase from us, register on our site, sign up for our email list(s), or any other time you provide information about yourself. This information may include your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide. This information is primarily used to fulfill your order, contact you with any questions regarding your order, and/or respond to your inquiries or requests.

During the purchase process, you also provide us with credit card information that is used to process your payment. All credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to our third-party credit card processing company. We never have access to or store any customer credit card information.

For users who have opted-in to receive email communications from us, we will also use this information to send you information (e.g., new products, special offers or promotions, shopping guides) via email. We will not use your information to contact you in the future unless you opt-in to receive email communications from us. You can opt-in on our website (preferred method) or by emailing us at If, at any time, you decide that you do not want to receive e-mail from us anymore, you have two options to remove your name from our email list: click on the “unsubscribe” link shown in the footer of every email from us or email us at and ask to have your name removed from our email list.

We might also collect information you provide us about other people. For example, you may provide us with some of the same information as above (name and address) for a merchandise gift recipient. When you provide us with personal information about the intended recipient of a shipment, we use that information for the limited purposes of processing the shipment and, in some cases, to communicate with the intended recipient to provide information pertaining to the status of the shipment. We rely on you to obtain the intended recipient’s consent to our use of their personal information for these limited purposes.

Use of Cookies and Other Technology

Certain online tools exist that enable us to collect and store certain types of information about your interaction with our site, in order to help us personalize your experience and make improvements to our website that enhance the user experience.

We use “cookies” on certain pages of our website. Both of these tools (cookies and log files) enable us to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can understand how users are interacting with our site and make improvements to our website that enhance the user experience.


Within Lashdida

Information we collect from you may be shared between all points of contact within Lashdida. Only individuals who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, order fulfillment or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Outside Lashdida

We will never sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information with any third party, except in cooperation with law enforcement. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you.  These third parties have access to only the information required to perform their function(s).  They have agreed to keep this information confidential and use it only to perform their function(s), and not for any other purposes. These third parties include a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services, an outside shipping company to ship orders, and an opt-in email marketing service to manage our email list.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when (1) permitted or required by law, or (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, or (3) investigating fraud that has already taken place. In addition, Lashdida reserves the right to disclose personal information to a third party if a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order legally requires or authorizes us to do so.

We may share aggregated demographic information and/or non-personally identifiable site visitor information with other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.


Lashdida makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information collected from you is protected against loss and unauthorized access.

We work to protect the security of the your personally identifiable information during transmission by using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) secure server, which encrypts the information you input and transmit to us. We transmit credit card information using SSL to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. You can verify that a secure server is being used by looking for a closed lock icon and “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. All customer personal information is kept on secured databases. Although we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, transmitted by us, and stored by us, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Our Policy on gathering information from and communicating with children online

We recognize the unique privacy concerns regarding children. While many of our products are designed for children, our website is directed at people at least 13 years or older and all products are for purchase by adults only. Pursuant to COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, please contact us by e-mail at, and we will remove the information about the individual from our database.

Our website provides links to other websites. Those other sites have their own terms of use and privacy and security policies. Lashdida is not responsible or liable for how such third parties collect, use or disclose your personal information. If you choose to visit one of these sites, you may want to review the policies that govern that particular site.

Right to Transfer

Lashdida also reserves the right to disclose and/or transfer personal information to a third party in the event of a proposed or actual purchase, sale (including, but not limited to, liquidation, realization, foreclosure or repossession), lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance or financing of all or any portion of Lashdida or of any of the business assets or a division thereof. Lashdida may decide to retain a copy of the information after the sale or transfer for any use.

Your California Privacy Rights

Beginning January 1, 2005, under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2005 will receive information regarding 2004 sharing activities). We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response.
