Lashdida respects your right to privacy and protects your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we may use and share that information, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. By using our website in any way, you agree to and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may change or add to this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, other than posting changes to this page, and those changes will take effect immediately. As such, we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
We collect information from you when you decide to make a purchase from us, register on our site, sign up for our email list(s), or any other time you provide information about yourself. This information may include your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide. This information is primarily used to fulfill your order, contact you with any questions regarding your order, and/or respond to your inquiries or requests.
During the purchase process, you also provide us with credit card information that is used to process your payment. All credit card information is encrypted and sent directly to our third-party credit card processing company. We never have access to or store any customer credit card information.
For users who have opted-in to receive email communications from us, we will also use this information to send you information (e.g., new products, special offers or promotions, shopping guides) via email. We will not use your information to contact you in the future unless you opt-in to receive email communications from us. You can opt-in on our website (preferred method) or by emailing us at info@girlswillbeHQ.com. If, at any time, you decide that you do not want to receive e-mail from us anymore, you have two options to remove your name from our email list: click on the “unsubscribe” link shown in the footer of every email from us or email us at info@girlswillbeHQ.com and ask to have your name removed from our email list.
We might also collect information you provide us about other people. For example, you may provide us with some of the same information as above (name and address) for a merchandise gift recipient. When you provide us with personal information about the intended recipient of a shipment, we use that information for the limited purposes of processing the shipment and, in some cases, to communicate with the intended recipient to provide information pertaining to the status of the shipment. We rely on you to obtain the intended recipient’s consent to our use of their personal information for these limited purposes.
Certain online tools exist that enable us to collect and store certain types of information about your interaction with our site, in order to help us personalize your experience and make improvements to our website that enhance the user experience.
We use “cookies” on certain pages of our website. Cookies are small data files (which often include an anonymous unique identifier) that are sent to your browser from a website’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies do not provide any personal information but they allow us and/or our service provider systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information about how users navigate to and around our website. Cookies enable us to: access your information when you “sign in”; personalize your experience; gather information about traffic; analyze our web page flow; customize our services, content and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness; and promote security. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. If you reject cookies, you may not be able to use certain features or functionalities that require you to “sign in” and you may not be able to take full advantage of our services.
Like many other websites, we also use log files. The information in the log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, types of browsers, Internet Service Providers, date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and number of clicks. None of that information is linked to any personally identifiable information.
Both of these tools (cookies and log files) enable us to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can understand how users are interacting with our site and make improvements to our website that enhance the user experience.
